Life experience with book knowledge.
I have experience in this life that I believe will help others. I know first-hand the hardships that come with raising kids and having teens. Being a single parent and the feelings and emotions that come with all these stages of life. It is important that we all have a safe place to land. Someone who understands the trials and tribulations we encounter. From being an adolescent and raising one, with the highs and the lows that come with. I can offer you help with anxiety, motivation and family struggles. Together we can conceive a plan that will give you peace of mind.

Goals
I can help you find what’s keeping you from being the best version of yourself. Filtering out the negative and finding the solutions to life’s daily struggles. Life continues to happen, let me help you figure out what works for you.
One Step at a Time
Every journey starts with a single step.
Have a consultation—by phone or in person.
Make an initial appointment—to discuss your goals and introduce you to the process.
Make a treatment plan—based on your goals, timeframe and finances.
Begin the work!
This process may take a little bit, but it is in fact finding what works for you.
When we meet in person, we will go over your history, set goals for treatment, we will go at your pace. Therapy is a journey, not a destination. We will focus on your needs, your goals and not my own agenda.
My Methods
Solution Focused Therapy: Having a deep understanding of the problem is an important aspect of therapy, but even more important is a deep understanding of the solution. What do you actually want to feel, think, and do differently? If your life could suddenly change and be exactly what you wanted, what would it look like? Solution-focused therapy asks these questions.
Trauma-informed: I am aware and knowledgeable of the effects of Trauma on the mind, body, and emotions. We will explore how past trauma is influencing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how to make meaningful change.
Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy: Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy or counseling that aims at addressing the needs of children and adolescents with post traumatic stress disorder and other difficulties related to traumatic life events.
Client centered: is an approach to psychotherapy based on a belief that the client is best able to decide what to explore and how. It is unique in a field where the therapist characteristically acts like an expert who knows how to resolve the client's problems
