Let’s Talk Money
We know this is important, so here we go. We aren't the highest paying group practice (although we're getting close), but we're not the lowest paying either. We offer our therapists and staff a competitive rate, bonuses, paid training, and PTO.
-
Competitive salary with a path for career advancement.
-
W2 position, with full coverage liability insurance.
-
We will pay for you to become certified in an approved area of specialization!
-
Flexible schedule that you can manage. Want to work 5 days a week for 5-6 hour a day? Perfect! We can talk about how to maximize your schedule.
-
We support your growth through social media and marketing content that most practices don't have in place.
-
We help you to grow clinically and become more than just a "sit and chat" therapist (but if you want to be a "sit and chat therapist" that is ok too).
-
We can fill any therapist's caseload if they know how to retain a client (but we will also teach you how to do this).
-
We offer 4 Paid holidays, Sick and PTO after requirements are met.
-
We do things for our therapists that we don't have to do, but we want to because we care.
Reasons You Will LOVE Guidepost
-
We do our best to find clients you connect with. You typically will not have to work with clients who do not fit your style which makes working here much more enjoyable.
-
We attract a diversity of quality clients who demand the best care possible which makes therapy fun as the clients are committed to change and growth.
-
Our team couldn't be more supportive. We're not exaggerating. We have the best of the best people working at Guidepost. We all work hard so you can be successful not just professionally, but personally as well.
-
We love to do good things for our community. We hope you do too! It won't be all the time, maybe talking to an office staff or running a group, but it will be expected so we can make a positive impact on our community.
-
We care about you. Really care about you. We will celebrate your first day, your loved ones, your birthday, and all the days in between. At Guidepost you matter.
Reasons You Might NOT Like Guidepost
We believe in honesty and transparency so we want to tell people what they might not like upfront so they can save themselves time, and skip the interview if they are not willing to do the following:
We have high expectations. We expect our therapists to provide evidence-based services, write great treatment plans, and track progress, so our clients can get world-class service.
You must keep precise documentation and keep a daily timesheet. We use these for accountability and to make sure our clients are being served properly.
We want our therapists to feel confident. If they are not, we are okay with that, but we expect them to come to us and tell us so we can offer help and support.
You can't cancel on your clients because you don't feel like talking to them that day. Cancellations are for emergencies only, but we can schedule mental health days if needed.
You must comply with our office policies. Policies are created to keep order and clear expectations, and we all know how much we need that!
We take care of our mental and physical health. If you do not walk the talk and do your own self care, you will not be a good fit here.
