To get the most out of your video session:
Schedule your appointment at a time of day where you will be interrupted or distracted.
Ensure your device has webcam & microphone.
Use an internet connection with a bandwidth of 10 MBPS minimum.
Use Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi when possible, wired internet is generally a more stable connection.
Do not leave other applications open during your appointment, shared bandwidth can impact the quality of your connection.

Make sure you have a pair of headphones (this can help ensure privacy/improve sound if your device does not have high quality speakers).
