Starting therapy often comes with a quiet sense of apprehension—uncertainty about whether things can truly change, or if healing is even possible. You may feel the weight of emotional exhaustion, trying to hold it all together while barely having space to breathe, let alone tend to your own well-being. Many clients I work with have felt similarly, burdened by stress, disconnection, or perhaps feeling alone in the very relationships that once felt like safe havens.
I believe that change begins with the courage to explore, and I’m here to guide you in taking that step, side by side. My approach is intentional, personal, and crafted to honor each person’s unique journey. Whether it’s reconnecting with your partner, healing from past hurts, or navigating the complexities of life, I tailor our work to be relevant to your needs and values—not to fit a generic mold, but to honor who you are and what you hope for.
My Commitment to Your Journey
Creating a therapeutic space where you feel seen, heard, and valued is at the core of my practice. Here, you’ll find a non-judgmental space where you can bring forward your real thoughts, fears, and struggles—however complex. I am dedicated to ensuring that you feel safe, cared for, and genuinely understood, so together we can untangle what holds you back and nurture a life that feels fulfilling and whole.
Experience & Background
I draw from both professional expertise and a deep reservoir of life experience. I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Simpson University, and as a wife, mother, and veteran of the U.S. Air Force, I understand the resilience and challenges that come with balancing personal roles, relationships, and self. Working in an Acute Care Psychiatric Hospital, I developed a profound respect for the courage it takes to face our inner world, and my work has only deepened that appreciation.
My training includes certifications as an ACES Aware provider and a Clinical Trauma Specialist for Families, along with training in the Gottman Method for couples. My aim is to offer the kind of support that goes beyond symptom management, helping you experience a sense of empowerment and lasting connection.

Beyond the Office
Traveling to new places, experiencing different cultures, and seeking the beauty in life are some of my greatest joys outside of therapy. These experiences remind me of the importance of seeing things from new perspectives—an approach I bring to my work with clients, encouraging them to see their lives, relationships, and selves in a fresh and compassionate light.
