The Surviving to Thriving group is designed to take you from the intense feelings of exhaustion, overwhelm, and hopelessness to help you to build the skill sets and mindsets to reduce intense feelings of “why do I feel so bad?” and create a life worth living.

There is a collective feeling of exhaustion in our world and people are struggling to figure out how to deal with it. Cope with it. Survive with it.
The exhaustion that comes from caring too much for too long. The exhaustion which reduces your ability to be connected with others, and you feel awful that you can’t care. The exhaustion that decreases your sense of accomplishment, like no matter what you do there is an unconquerable sense of futility.
It feels like no matter what you do, nothing will make a difference. All you know is you cannot live like this. It's not living. It's surviving. What Can You Do About it?

The first class is designed to help you identify what kind of life you would value, one that brings you meaning. The life which brings hope and fulfillment back into the realm of possibility.
The Second class will help you identify what are the barriers to getting your life worth living and what you can do about it.
Learn and Practice
4 Core Skills
Finally in classes 3-8 you will learn and practice the 4 Core Skills which have helped countless people overcome the emotional pain and suffering in their life and move toward hope and fulfillment.
Classes 3 through 8 include:
Through the mindfulness skills you will learn how to slow down your thoughts and emotions so you can be present in the current moment and begin to enjoy life, on purpose, without judgment.
With skill building around emotional regulation you will learn how to better understand your emotions and reduce emotional vulnerability and suffering.
You will learn how to empower yourself and understand how to cope, survive, or even thrive in periods of distress or overwhelm with distress tolerance skills.
And finally learn to be presented and maintain healthy relationships, balance priorities, and gain self respect with interpersonal effectiveness skills.

Group Therapy Pricing
The cost of the group is $250 per month and includes a weekly 60 minute group of people who can support you on your journey. A weekly handout to refer back to that week's training, a weekly tracker, and worksheet to practice skills at home to build your life worth living.
