Supporting You Through Life’s Complexities
Sometimes, life can feel overwhelming, leaving you feeling as if nothing will change, and that no one truly understands. In my work as a therapist, I am committed to creating a compassionate, client-centered environment where you feel valued and supported as you navigate these challenging times.
Through a personalized approach, I strive to empower each client to embrace their authentic self, promoting a space where change feels possible. Together, we’ll work to foster resilience, uncover strengths, and build the foundation for meaningful growth and healing.
Experience & Background
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. My professional experience spans working with families in school settings and individuals in private practice, equipping me to support clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, conduct disorders, and relational challenges.

Beyond the Office
One of my guiding beliefs is echoed in the words of Carl Rogers: “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I change.” Embracing this philosophy, I am here to walk beside you as we create a path toward self-acceptance and growth.
