Been There, Healed That
I have been there, I personally know what it is like to be in the shoes of anger, hurt, and hopelessness. As a young adult I struggled with anxiety, depression, and family conflict and disappointment. As an adult I experienced failed relationships, and finding ways to numb the hurt and disappointment.
Change is hard
Which is why I have dedicated my practice to individuals and couples like you, those who feel:
Confused
Reactive
Avoidant
Procrastinating
Self Sabotaging
I help people deal with their crap so they can have a more fulfilling life and have deeper connection with those that they love; their kids, their partners, and with themselves.
As your therapist, I offer a safe space for you to express yourself, without fear of judgement or rejection. Let me help you find your way back to your most authentic and fulfilled self.
The first step is reaching out for support
Together we will:
Have a consultation—by phone or in person.
Make an initial appointment—to discuss your goals and introduce you to the process.
Make a treatment plan—based on your goals, timeframe and finances.
Begin the work!
This process takes time and requires your dedication and courage, but you and your future are a worthy investment.
What you can expect from our work together:
Clarity of mind and goal
Regulation of emotions and triggers
Authenticity of self and desired life
Plan of action
My Methods
Person-centered: You are the central focus of our time together. It is my goal to create a safe and comfortable space for you to work through the pain and manage your needs and identify your goals.
Trauma-informed: I am aware and knowledgeable of the effects of Trauma on the mind, body, and emotions. We will explore how past trauma is influencing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how to make meaningful change.
Emotionally-focused: Emotions are important to life. When we work together we will increase your understanding of your emotional experience and how they play into your stressors.
Solution-focused Informed: It doesn’t help to get stuck in the same patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We will identify how to move past distress quickly and demystify the confusion, reactions, avoidance, and pain and develop actionable steps to help bring clarity, resilience, authenticity, and a plan.
Cognitive Behavioral: The story you are telling yourself is either helping you or hurting you. We will dive into this area explore your conditioning, training, and education, identify limiting beliefs, and make changes so you can make meaningful change.
