I’ve always considered myself a helper and caregiver. Growing up I was very sensitive to people's emotions, which allowed me to listen well and provide intuitive insight. When I was younger, I struggled in many areas such as depression, anxiety, fear, trauma, PTSD, abuse and low self-esteem. Learning to overcome these issues has taught me that there is hope and freedom on the other side. And it has created a deep compassion within me for those with similar struggles. Seeing myself as a survivor rather than a victim has allowed me to have patience with myself, and taught me that I can experience peace and wholeness now, even as I continue to grow. Learning to love myself through play and creative expression, has brought me so much freedom and is something that I want to share with others. I love helping people break free from the things that keep them trapped because every step toward freedom is a step worth taking.

My Goal

My goal is to empower others to speak up, help them set boundaries, express and regulate their emotions, manage their anxiety, and to accept themselves as they are.

As a new mom myself, I know that asking for help isn’t easy, especially as a parent or someone who's had to do everything on their own. But there is no shame in asking for help, we all need someone who will rally around us and cheer us on, or help us carry our burdens when it feels like too much. You don’t have to go through life alone, and it’s okay to not be okay sometimes. Asking for help takes courage and admitting you want a change is scary, but with a little bit of support, it can be the beginning of an incredible journey. That’s where I come in; I’m here to support you, believe in you, and connect with you in a way that allows you to freely express whatever is inside of you. I'll also create a safe space for you to share whatever you need to, as we create goals for you to become more of the person you want to be. There will always be space for you to feel what you need to feel or be who you need to be. You don’t have to carry everything on your own, so reach out for a consultation and we can find out if this would be a good fit for you.
